Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery in real time.

Duties & Taxes (Europe)

All European orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).
This means no additional customs fees or import charges will be required upon delivery.

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes, including updates to your shipping address.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.
If this occurs, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
