We offer exchanges and store credit for eligible returns, and refunds in cases where an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.



Exchanges & Store Credit


We accept returns for store credit or exchanges under the following conditions:


  • Return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds (Original Payment Method)

Refunds to your original payment method are only issued if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: A 3% processing fee may be deducted to cover payment provider costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at:
help@wearvelox.store within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
